Common Questions.
The standard MOQ is 10 units per order. For OEM / private-label programs, the MOQ is 50 units. We can accommodate mixed SKU orders above the MOQ threshold.
Standard production lead time is 25–35 business days from order confirmation. Sea freight to most destinations adds 15–25 days. Air freight options are available for urgent orders at additional cost.
Yes. Territory exclusivity is available to dealers who meet annual volume commitments. Territories are reviewed annually. Apply through the dealer program and discuss exclusivity with your account manager.
All HVLS fans carry CE and RoHS certification. Industrial series also carry UL listing (North America) and ISO 9001:2015 factory certification. Specific cert documentation is provided upon request.
Yes. We offer full private-label programs including custom branding, packaging, user manuals, and app interface customisation. MOQ 50 units. Typical setup time 30–45 days after design approval.
Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T). Established dealers with good payment history may qualify for 30-day net terms. We accept T/T, L/C, and PayPal for smaller orders.
